The Kodak Retina Ib is a folding 35mm camera with a scale-focusing Schneider-Kreuznach Retina-Xenar lens and a versatile Synchro-Compur shutter with speeds from 1s to 1/1500s (plus Bulb). You’re probably wondering if all those speeds work and the answer is yes, they do. Very good cosmetic condition, with some paint and finish wear.
