Vanguard Alta Pro 2+ 263 Aluminium Tripod With3-way Pan head and Multi-Angle Central Column

Alta Pro 2+ 263AP is an Aluminium tripod kit with a 26mm, 3 section Alta Pro 2+ 263AT aluminium tripod, matched with an ALTA PH-32 3-Way fluid pan head with an Arca Swiss compatible quick release system, telescopic handles and max pay load of up to 5 kg/11 lbs. Featuring our unique Multi-Angle Center Column (MACC) it can be moved almost 360 in any direction, offering ultimate freedom of creativity.

Four Leg Angles

All models feature four separate leg angles (20, 40, 60 or 80) which allow you to get down low or to set the legs so the tripod is stable in the most uneven terrain

The leg angles are controlled by twin clips on either side of the top of each leg. These can be operated together, or separately. This makes it easy to set for both left or right handed photographers.

Innovative Twist Locks

All models have innovative leg locks that are designed for any photographer – whether you’re a fan of flip locks or pan locks.

For speed, the locks only need to be turned 35 (not even a 1/4 turn) and stop turning when you’ve gone far enough (so no more unscrewing the leg in error). They also include visual lock/unlock image so you can see at a glance whether the leg is locked.

Additional Features

All models have a host of other features for the keen or professional photographer, including:

• A spirit bubble level on the tripod central column spider to ensure levels are set correctly.
• An eyelet under the spirit bubble to attach additional weight
• A 3/8″ Alta Konect adaptor thread in the side of the spider which allows an additional arm (not supplied) to be attached for a microphone or light.
• Two rubber grips for comfortable use, even in cold or wet conditions
• A tripod bag for transport
