The Agfa Proximeter is a close-up lens for non-SLR cameras with a built-in viewfinder correction prism to establish correct framing… looks weird, but it works. This model is for the Agfa Super Isolette camera and includes a leather case (in excellent condition) and original box (in so-so condition)
