This is a decent little two-way fluid head for smaller DSLRs or mirrorless cameras. I’m not sure what a Neewer is, but this head is made by them. It’s got a 3/8″ threaded connector for mounting to tripod legs, and includes a 1/4″ bushing; the camera quick release plate has a standard 1/4″ thread for camera mounting.
