TP588D is a highperformance, extendedreach HDBaseT 1.0 receiver for 4K60Hz (4:2:0) DVI or HDMI, Ethernet, RS232, IR and stereo audio signals over twisted pair. It extends video signals to up to 100m (330ft) over CAT copper cables at up to 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) 24bpp video resolution and provides even further reach for lower HD video resolutions.
- High Performance Standard Extender Professional HDBaseT extender for providing extendedreach signals over twistedpair copper infrastructures. TP588D is a standard extender that can be connected to any marketavailable HDBaseTcompliant extension product. For optimum extension reach and performance, use recommended Kramer cables.
- HDMI Signal Extension HDCP 1.4 compliant. Supports deep color, x.v.Color, lip sync, HDMI uncompressed audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTSHD, 2K, 4K, and 3D as specified in HDMI 2.0. EDID signal is passed through from the source to the display.
- IEDIDPro Kramer Intelligent EDID Processing Intelligent EDID handling, processing and passthrough algorithm that ensures Plug and Play operation for HDMI source and display systems.
- Multichannel HDMI Audio Extension Up to 32 channels of digital stereo uncompressed signals for supporting surround sound at studio level.
- Audio Deembedding (DropandContinue) The transmitted digital audio signal is deembedded from the AV signal (dropped), converted to digital or analog signals for transmission to stereo S/PDIF digital and balanced analog audio outputs, in parallel to being transmitted (continued) to the DVI or HDMI AV output. This enables highquality audio playback by routing the audio to an AV receiver and external speakers in parallel to routing the audio to the connected AV acceptor devices local speakers (such as TVs with speakers).
- Ethernet Extension Ethernet interface data flows in both directions, allowing extension of up to 100Mbps Ethernet connectivity for LAN communication and device control.
- Bidirectional RS232 Extension Serial interface data flows in both directions, allowing data transmission and device control.
- Bidirectional Infrared Extension IR interface data flows in both directions, allowing remote control of peripheral devices located at either end of the extended line.
- Costeffective Maintenance Status LED indicators, with optional extension to a remote panel connected via device GPI/O ports, for DVI, HDMI and HDBT ports facilitate easy local and remote maintenance and troubleshooting. Remote device management via builtin web pages and RS232 connection. Local and remote firmware upgrade via miniUSB, RS232 or Ethernet connection and the KUpload tool ensure lasting, fieldproven deployment.
