The Chaika II is a soviet-made half frame 35mm camera with a scale-focusing 28mm f2.8 Industar-69 (nice) lens. This one’s in decent cosmetic condition, though it’s obviously seen things in the last several decades, because there’s some notable paint wear. Finish quality inside and out isn’t exactly fabulous, but this is a domestic-model camera (with Cyrillic inscriptions) so that’s not too surprising. Lens is clean, though, there are new light seals, and the shutter speeds work. And hey, 72 shots on a roll of film? Not bad. A neat little camera.
