Stop stray light from entering your lens with theTTArtisan’s 52mm Aluminum Alloy Lens Hood,a screw-on type hood that attaches to most lenses with 52 mm front filter threads. Lens hoods are primarily designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. Also, since the end of the lens is extended and the hood features a durable anodized aluminum construction, you also get the added benefit of some extra protection from accidental impact.
