The Canon EOS 7D is a fast-shooting DSLR for stills or video (up to 1080P at 29.97fps). Yes, this is an older camera- it came out in 2009- so you’ll find that its high-ISO performance isn’t as good as newer cameras, and it requires CF cards for storage. But it’s still a very capable camera, with a 19-point autofocus system, 8fps continuous shooting, and a Speedlite transmitter built into its flip-up flash.
