Hawk-Woods VL-DC5X Canon EOS V-Lok Power Distribution Box

HawkWoods now manufacture a wide range of power adaptors and dummy battery adaptors for the popular Canon EOS D5, D7 and C300 cameras. With the addition of a suitable battery adaptor, they allow the user to operate their Canon camera from an alternative broadcast battery source.

These power break-out boxes are V-Lok battery compatible. With 5 D-Tap sockets, they will provide Canon EOS users with high capacity power distribution to run the camera and additional rig mounted equipment.

This V-Lok power distribution box has been designed for users of Canon EOS cameras. Compatible with our range of V-Lok Lithium-Ion batteries, the VL-DC5X features five Power-Con (d-tap) sockets. These will provide the user with 12V regulated power distribution. A unregulated version is available here

As well as running the camera via ourPower-Con dummy battery adaptor, the VL-DC5X can provide power to additional on-board or nearby equipment.

The VL-DC5X has a metal base which can be machined to suit the user’s requirements. So if you are looking to attach it to a rig, then this can easily be achieved.
