This is the brass, black chrome front lens cap that was originally included with theSummicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPHblack chrome lens, catalog number 11689, introduced in 2015 and limited to 500 pieces worldwide.

The cap is embossed with the Leica logo on the front, and the inside is lined with black felt to protect the lens.
