The Promaster 7211 is a pan/tilt head ideal for monopods, but there’s no reason you couldn’t use it on a tripod: it has a standard 3/8″ connector and should be sturdy enough for nearly any reasonably-sized camera. The tilt “scale” on the side does nothing at all (there’s no index mark) but the rotation scale is legit. The clamp up top is Arca-compatible. In very good condition, with minor cosmetic wear.
