Sony CU-F32 Capsule Unit Dynamic Type Wide Cardioid

Sony supplies three microphone heads the CU-C31, CU-F31 and CU-F32 that allow operators to capture sound depending on their requirements. It also supports third party microphone capsules maximising the flexibility for users.

Three interchangeable heads and third party support

The DWM-02 operates with three heads. The CU-F31 microphone head with dynamic capsule has a super cardioid pick-up and range from 60 Hz to 18 kHz. The CU-F32 microphone head with wide dynamic capsule has a wide cardioid pick-up and range from 80 Hz 18 kHz. The CU-C31 microphone head with condenser capsule has a cardioid pick-up and range from 60 Hz to 20 kHz. The DVM-02 also supports third party heads.
