TheVelbon Victory 450 is a well made tripod suitable for most cameras up to medium format. It’s not a work of art, but it’s relatively sturdy, with a geared centre column and a quick-release plate (included). Cosmetic condition is acceptable, with paint andfinish wear; function is good.
